As a user, you can rest assured that your data, responses, and scores are 100% anonymous. Any data or information you provide while using the Well-Being Index is securely stored using on-site servers in a secured location with military-grade encryption. Any information provided through the Well-Being Index application will never, under any circumstance, be shared with, released, or provided to anyone, including anyone within your organization.

Institutions and organizations who use the Well-Being Index as a tool to gauge the overall well-being of their employees and students are provided reports with de-identified aggregate data of all submissions. Information across all reports is provided in an average format. Individual scores and information is never revealed. Institutions will never see this information if the sample size is too small.
